No. Tahsili Expert is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any examination authority, government body, or institution in Saudi Arabia. All references to exams are for educational and preparatory purposes only.

No. Tahsili Expert does not guarantee:

• specific scores or ranks,
• passing any exam, or
• university admissions.

Exam results depend on student effort, consistency, prior knowledge, and exam conditions. Our role is to support preparation, not to promise outcomes.

Currently, Tahsili Expert focuses on Tahsili (SAAT) preparation. We plan to expand to other major Saudi examinations in the future, but only after meeting the same academic and quality standards applied to our current offerings.

Tahsili Expert emphasizes:

• conceptual understanding rather than memorization,
• structured practice rather than random question drilling, and
• exam-specific thinking rather than shortcuts or repeated-question claims.

All learning is delivered digitally, allowing students to study at their own pace.

Yes. Tahsili Expert is designed to complement school learning, not replace it. Students are expected to continue attending school classes and using official curriculum materials alongside our platform.

Yes. While our content is designed for Saudi examinations, students outside Saudi Arabia may also use the platform if they are preparing for the same exams.

Currently, Tahsili Expert focuses on structured digital content and does not offer:

• live group classes,
• one-to-one private tutoring, or
• in-person instruction.

Any future offerings will be announced clearly on the platform.

Each package is a one-time payment for access to digital learning resources for a fixed period.

• Access begins upon successful payment.
• Package details (duration, inclusions, price) are shown clearly at the time of purchase.
• You can choose full access to every subject, or a single subject at the level you need.
• 1-year packages end on 1 July each year, following the annual Tahsili exam cycle; 1-month and 3-month plans run for 30 and 90 days.

No. Packages do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. When your access period ends:

• you can buy the same package again, and the new period is added to the end of your current access, and
• you can buy a higher level at any time; access from both packages adds together.

Because Tahsili Expert provides digital content with immediate access, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. Refunds may be considered only in limited cases of verified technical failure that cannot be resolved.

Parents are encouraged to:

• review package details before purchase,

• discuss progress and understanding regularly.

Tahsili Expert does not replace parental or academic supervision.
