Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Tahsili Expert provides educational services and digital learning resources, which may include videos, notes, practice questions, assessments, and related academic guidance ("Content"). The Platform and Content are provided for educational support and skill development only.

No affiliation: Tahsili Expert is not an examining body, does not administer official exams, and is not affiliated with any governmental, testing, or admission authority unless explicitly stated in writing by Tahsili Expert.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract to purchase a subscription. If a user is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and is responsible for the minor's use of the Platform and compliance with these Terms.

To access certain features, you may need an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Account sharing is prohibited. If we detect or reasonably suspect account sharing, credential resale, or abnormal usage patterns, we may suspend or terminate access without refund.

We do not guarantee any specific exam score, rank, admission outcome, passing result, or repetition of questions in any exam. Outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control (including student effort, prior knowledge, consistency, and exam conditions).

Any testimonials, examples, or success stories represent individual experiences and do not constitute a promise of similar results.

We offer subscription-based access to Content via timed packages ("Subscriptions"). Subscription features, duration, inclusions, and pricing are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by plan.

Unless explicitly stated, access is granted only during the active subscription period. When a subscription expires or is cancelled, access to subscription-only Content may end immediately or at the end of the billing cycle, depending on the plan terms displayed at checkout.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions typically renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

Billing authorization

By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated rate, including applicable taxes and fees (if any).

Cancellation

You may cancel in accordance with the cancellation method provided on the Platform (e.g., account settings or by contacting support). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices or plan structures. If a price change affects your plan, we will provide notice where reasonably possible, and changes will apply from the next renewal date unless required otherwise by law.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry charges and/or suspend access until payment is successfully processed.

Because the Platform provides digital access and Content, refunds are not guaranteed and are generally not provided once access to the Subscription has been granted, except:

• where required by applicable law; or
• where a verified technical failure attributable solely to Tahsili Expert prevents access and cannot be reasonably resolved within a reasonable time.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• lack of usage or time constraints,
• change of mind,
• dissatisfaction with expected outcomes,
• misunderstanding of plan inclusions when those inclusions were disclosed at purchase,
• exam performance or result expectations.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution, we may suspend or terminate access during investigation. We may provide relevant records (e.g., login timestamps, access logs, purchase records, support correspondence) to the payment processor to respond to disputes.

You may use the Platform and Content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

You must not:

• copy, record, screen-capture, download (where not permitted), reproduce, distribute, resell, or share Content;
• share your account or provide access to others;
• scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract Content or data;
• bypass, disable, or interfere with security, DRM, paywalls, or access controls;
• reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code or restricted materials;
• use the Platform for unlawful purposes, academic misconduct, harassment, or harmful behavior.

Violation may result in immediate suspension/termination without refund and may result in legal action.

All Platform materials and Content (including videos, notes, question banks, explanations, branding, logos, layout, and instructional design) are owned by Tahsili Expert and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access Content during an active Subscription for personal learning.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, operational reasons, or improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may use third-party providers for payments, hosting, analytics, video delivery, and customer support. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Tahsili Expert is not responsible for third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.

If you believe material on the Platform infringes your intellectual property, contact us at info@tahsiliexpert.com with:

• identification of the work claimed infringed,
• the exact location/URL of the material,
• your contact details,
• a statement of good-faith belief and authority to act.

We may remove/disable access to alleged infringing material and may restrict or terminate repeat infringers.

The Platform and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tahsili Expert will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or exam outcomes.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Subscription giving rise to the claim during the preceding three (3) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tahsili Expert, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused Content, shared your account, engaged in fraud/abuse, or created legal or security risk.

Termination may occur without refund. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan . Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect revisions. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
